Prior to and as a condition of being able to access and use Aces Hockey Academy (“Aces") website located at https:/aceshockeyacademy.com and associated platform (collectively, “Website”), you are required to consent to the terms and conditions of a written agreement (“Agreement”) with Aces. This Refund and Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to refunds and returns associated with the access to and use of the Website. This Policy does not alter in any way the terms or conditions of the Agreement, and in the event of a conflict between the terms of the Agreement and this Policy, the terms of the Agreement shall control.

Purchasing from Aces

Aces is acting as an agent to those who organize events, venues, teams, artists and clubs, organizers and leagues (collectively, "Organizers") with and between those who purchase programs, registrations, sign-ups, services, and products (collectively, "Customers").

Event Purchases

When purchasing Programs, registrations, bookings ("Programs") or other services, you shall take full responsibility for any loss incurred at any Program or facility to which you are provided access or use. All Aces purchases are final, except as otherwise provided on the website. Memberships begin when you have acknowledged your consent to and electronically signed the Agreement and have otherwise provided all other information and documents required by Aces.

Event Cancellations or Changes

In the event that an event Organizer cancels, delays, or significantly changes an event, Aces will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures. If the event is canceled and you purchased your Program through aceshockeyacademy.com, you will be automatically issued a refund to the payment method that was used to purchase the Program(s).

Refusal of admission

Organizers can refuse admission or eject any Customer due to disorderly behavior, or who fails to comply with the rules set out by the Organizer. Breach of Organizer terms, rules, or regulations will terminate the Programs without refund.

Event Refunds and Returns

Please carefully review your purchase before providing payment information. All fees and other amounts paid to Aces under the Agreement are non-refundable. Returns for Aces services, products, and apparel, which may include, without limitation, registration fees, Programs, t-shirts, hats, physical equipment, electronic equipment or other physical or tangible products cannot be returned.

Delivery of Programs

Several delivery methods can be used to deliver Programs to Customers. For security purposes, we can only ship Programs to the billing address on file with the credit card company that is used for your purchase.
The following delivery methods may be offered:

  • Digital and electronic
  • Standard Mail
  • Expedited delivery such as UPS or FedEx
  • Print-at-Home

Pricing and Other Errors

If the amount you pay for a Program is incorrect either due to an error in the Website or information provided by a Organizer, then Aces has the right to cancel the Program(s) and issue a refund or a difference for the amount paid.

No cash value

Programs cannot be redeemed for cash value.

Program resale

Programs cannot be resold, canceled, or transfered by the Customer or Organizer without expressly written consent from Aces. Aces does not guarantee the authenticity of Programs purchased from any non-authorized third party reseller.
